* Gender is not Guaranteed. All koi are Female as of End of Mayです。
* Nishikigoi Alliance offers credit guarantees for the following casesです
* Death during Azukari Periodです
* Severe physical deformation during Azukari Periodです
* Major color disappearance during Azukari Periodです
* The final decision will be made by Nishikigoi Alliance's quality control teamです。
3. Shipping Deadlineです
* All koi must be shipped no later than December 31, 2025, unless otherwise agreedです。
* Shipping arrangements must be made in advance with sufficient notice to avoid delaysです。
* Nishikigoi Alliance's reserves the right to charge holding or care fees for koi not shipped by the deadlineです。
4. Dealer Commission & Shipping Feesです
* Dealers will charge a commission fee for each koi won by their registered customersです。
* Dealers are also responsible for collecting shipping costs from their customersです。
* Shipping costs will be charged upon shipment by the dealers and are determined based on destination, size,and number of koiです。
* Dealers must coordinate payments and shipping arrangements on behalf of their customers,unless otherwise agreed with Nishikigoi Allianceです。
5. Ownership & Risk Transferです
* Ownership of the koi transfers to the buyer only after full payment has been receivedです。
* All risk (e.g., illness, injury) remains with Nishikigoi Alliance until the judging dayです。
6. Health & Quarantineです
* All koi are sold in healthy condition and have undergone standard quarantine proceduresです。
* Nishikigoi Alliance is not responsible for health issues arising after shipment or due to improper acclimation by thebuyerです。
7. Auction Integrityです
* Bidders and dealers agree not to engage in bid manipulation, collusion, or any unfair bidding practicesです。
* Nishikigoi Alliance reserves the right to cancel any suspicious bids or accountsです。
8. Changes & Amendmentsです
* Nishikigoi Alliance reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any timeです。
* Updated terms will be communicated via email or published on the official auction platformです。
